The Glade is a deed restricted, private residential community on the largest no-wake zone on Herrington Lake. It is comprised of single family homes, condominiums and townhomes.

Herrington Lake is a relatively undiscovered jewel located in the heart of the Bluegrass, famous for a rich heritage of horses and bourbon. We are within 50 miles of Churchill Downs (The Kentucky Derby), Keeneland, close to the Bourbon Trail and virtually every major bourbon distillery in the world.
We had a great 2025 Luminaria at The Glade, which was our 6th annual Luminaria
on December 6th. We were excited to add the Hillfolk Santa Parade, who also added to the joyful night
